I've shared my love of listening to a good podcast in a few posts so far. I will listen while I am doing chores around the house, during my work commute, and while I am running. Here is a summary of what I'm listening to on repeat by category(ish) and a few notes why.

The Mel Robbins Podcast

You've probably heard of her book about the "Let Them Theory", I first heard about it during a work meeting when people were discussing the word of the year. While I have not read the book (I'm like 300th in line on my Libby app, haha), I LOVE listening to her podcast, especially when I am getting ready and driving to work on Monday mornings. Everything she shares is in small, digestable pieces and overall such a positive message.

@Betches

While these are different podcasts, I lumped them together because they are my "reality tv" for audio consumption. On Tuesdays, CBC releases an episode that is a pop culture round up. This keeps me somewhat relevant in what is going on in that world. The @Betches is a podcast hosted by the 3 founders of Betches Media, and their take on recent events. Both of these podcasts are what I play first for walking or running, it is super easy listening.

The Jordan Syatt Mini Podcast

What the Actual Fork

These both are a bit more centered around health and wellness, and the two hosts for What the Actual Fork have now morphed into topics about parenting as well, which is applicable for me. Jordan's podcast is a mix of interviews of success stories from his Innercircle and Q&A with listeners. His overall approach to health and wellness in my opinion is very realistic. I typically listen to these while driving and sometimes exercising.

Not Gonna Lie

Not quite sure where to categorize this, but I enjoy listening to Kylie's weekly chats across many topics - parenting, pop culture, sports, etc. This one is typically a pod I'll listen to while I'm driving. She also has a corresponding YouTube channel and I did find myself laughing out loud on an episode where her husband, Jason, and her were trying pregnancy cravings listeners submitted. Overall, it is just a light hearted listen!
